We’re Back – May 2nd from 8am to 1pm
After a long winter away, the wait is over! The Hendersonville Farmers Market presented by Pardee UNC Health Care returns this Saturday, May 2nd, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back to Maple Street.
There’s something special about that first market morning of the season—the familiar faces, the buzz of the crowd, and the return of your favorite vendors. Every Saturday you’ll find around 40 local vendors, bringing the best in fresh produce, meats, baked goods, flowers, artisan products, and more.
This year, we’re excited to launch something new alongside Opening Day—the very first Open House & Art Walk across the 7th Avenue District—Downtown’s Creative Edge.
Designed to celebrate both local artists and local businesses, this new event invites you to explore beyond your usual stops. From Maple Street to 7th Avenue, you’ll discover artists set up inside shops, along sidewalks, and throughout participating businesses, each location offering something unique.
Start at the Market Information Booth in front of the Historic Depot to pick up your Art Walk passport and guide, then head out to explore, shop, and connect across downtown's creative edge.
