Downtown Design Overlay Committee of Planning Board

This committee will be reviewing proposed language for the creation of a newly formed zoning overlay district to be added to the CIty's Zoning Ordinance. This overlay district would pertain to design standards and other requirements for new construction within the downtown boundaries as established in the Downtown Master Plan. The meetings will take place virtually with an in-person location available for those who may need it. The physical location is at City Hall in the 3rd Floor Conference Room (160 6th Ave E.) and the virtual meeting can be accessed using the following:
