Felicia Reeves Home Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.

The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on the Felicia Reeves Home Project at the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a Conditional Zoning District from Alyce Marie Knaflich of Aura Home Women Vets applicant and property owner.  The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject property, PIN 9569-44-7296 and located at 1744 Meadowbrook Terrace, from R-10, Medium Density Residential to R-10 CZD, Medium Density Residential for the adaptive reuse of an existing building to be used as an residential care facility on 0.63 acres (File #P24-24-CZD)

Please do not submit a public comment prior to the meeting if you plan to speak during the meeting.
