CANCELLED - Legislative Committee of Planning Board

The responsibility of the Legislative Committee is to review proposed amendments/revisions to the Zoning Code and Subdivision Ordinance. Members of this committee should have a keen interest in shaping development and the use of language to achieve an intended outcome.

Meetings are held every third Thursday of the month and can be attended via Zoom or in person at the Community Development Office located at 100 N King St. 

 A schedule of electronic meetings of the Legislative Sub-Committee of the City of Hendersonville Planning Board will be held on the third Tuesday of the month at 3:30pm. via Zoom software. Meetings will occur on the following dates/times: 

 The purpose of these meetings is to review proposed amendments, revisions to the Zoning Code and Subdivision Ordinance.

 The physical location of this meeting is 100 N. King Street.
