WNC Songwriter Sessions features Mare Carmody, Brian Claflin & Michael Lille

An evening of original songs in the natural acoustics and listening room atmosphere of the beautiful and historic Brandy Bar. This month features Mare Carmody is a voice of southern songwriting, having lived in Virginia, Tennessee, Arkansas and North Carolina. Playing music has always been a way of life throughout her travels. Mare is currently part of the trio Carver, Carmody & McIntire.

Brian Claflin has a powerful, soulful voice, echoing influences such as John Prine and Randy Newman. He has performed from the Bitter End in NYC, Nashville's Bluebird Cafe, and the National Storytelling Festival.

Michael Lille is a Virginia native and award-winning singer songwriter who has traveled the globe and shared his music and love of adventure with friends and fans for nearly 5 decades.
