Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.

The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on the Osceola Inn Project at the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a conditional rezoning from Fiona McColley, president of BL Corp of NC, applicant and property owner.  The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject property, PIN 9568-31-5964 and located at 159 Osceola Rd, from R-15, Medium Density Residential to R-15 CZD Development Conditional Zoning District to change the use of the existing building to a 20 bedroom inn that will include a conference and event center and a cafe, and up to 26 residential 1 & 2 bedroom long-term rental units. The property is approximately 3.75 acres.

Please do not submit a public comment prior to the meeting if you plan to speak during the meeting.
