Planning Board

The Hendersonville Planning Board will hold its regular monthly meeting electronically only on Monday, April 20, 2020 beginning at 4:00 p.m. in compliance with the Executive Orders of the Governor and the local State of Emergency.  The meeting will be held with minimum staff in order to conduct necessary business.

To submit public comment for this site plan review, visit http://www.publicinput.com/hvlmeeting and select Planning Board, then choose the project you wish to comment on. Participants are asked to give their name and address for the record and a space is given to submit their written public comment which will be provided to the Planning Board. Comments must be submitted by noon on April 20, 2020 to be considered by the Planning Board. 

In an effort to meet all regulations, the City of Hendersonville will be providing a listening space for individuals otherwise unable to access the Planning Board meeting. The first ten individuals to arrive at the City Operations Center at 305 Williams Street on Monday, April 20, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. will be admitted into a separate conference room to listen to the meeting.

  • Site Plan Review – Application from Windsor Built Homes, LLC for the development of a minor planned residential development (minor PRD) consisting of 45 single-family residential units on approximately 15.591 acres. The project is located on Parcel(s) #9568-18-5388, 9568-17-5727, 9568-18-8043, 9568-18-8429, and 9568-18-9677. The proposed project will have frontage on 5th Avenue and will access the site through 5th Avenue and Westbrook Road. (File #P20-16-SPR).
