The Payroll function is responsible for processing the City's employee payroll for approximately 260 Full Time Employees; filing monthly and annual reports with taxing authorities and regulatory agencies; coordinating employee benefit coverage and reporting with the Human Resources Department; processing payments for insurance benefits, retirement plan and withheld taxes; and storage and maintenance of all relevant records related to payroll.
