West Avenue Villas Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.

The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on the West Avenue Villas project at the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.

The City is in receipt of an application to amend a previously approved Conditional Zoning District application from Andrew Riddle of Riddle Development, LLC. The Hendersonville City Council voted to approve the original conditional zoning district at their August 6^th, 2020 meeting. The amendment is to add one additional apartment above the garage for a total of 3 apartments instead of the 2 apartments that were approved by City Council.  The previously approved Conditional Zoning District was approved for 10 units, the amendment is for a total of 11 units. The applicant is also requesting to adjust the approved square footages of the structures.
