Southgate Apartments Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting (Rescheduled)

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.

The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on the Southgate Apartments Project at the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a conditional rezoning from Suzanne Godsey of Sitework Studios, applicant and David W. Royester, III of Capitol Funds, Inc., property owner.  The applicants are requesting to rezone the subject property, PIN 9568-75-5382 and located off of Kanuga Road, from C-2, Secondary Business to CMU CZD, Central Mixed Use Conditional Zoning District for the construction of an 84-unit apartment building on approximately 3.63 acres (File #P21-62-CZD)
