Hendersonville Home 2 Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.
The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on the Hendersonville Home 2 Project at the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.
The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a conditional rezoning from Sanjay Patel of Sugarloaf Hospitality, LLC. The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject property, PIN 9579-56-7956 and located on Sugarloaf Road, from PCD, Planned Commercial Development to PCD CZD, Planned Commercial Development Conditional Zoning District for the construction of a four-story hotel with meeting room on approximately 2.30 acres.
