Greenville Highway Multi-Family Project Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

Wednesday, December 15, 2021

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.

The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on the Greenville Highway Multi-Family Project at the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a conditional rezoning from Brett Barry (applicant) and Hunting Creek Associates LLC (property owners).  The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject property, PIN:9568-92-1924 and located at the intersection of Greenville Highway and Chadwick Avenue, from GHMU, Greenville Highway Mixed Use to GHMU CZD, Greenville Highway Mixed Use Conditional Zoning District for the construction of a multi-family development consisting of 80 apartment units on approximately 2.25  acres.
