City Council Special Called Meeting

The City of Hendersonville City Council will hold a Special Call Meeting on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. in the Assembly Room of the City Ops Building, 305 Williams St. Hendersonville, NC.
The purpose of this meeting is to enter into Closed Session to consult with an attorney employed by the public body in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the attorney and the public body, to discuss matters relating to the location or expansion of industries or other business in the area served by the public body, including agreement on tentative list of economic development incentives that may be offered by the public body in negotiations, and to establish, or to instruct the public body's staff concerning the position to be taken by or on behalf of the public body in negotiating the price and other material terms of a contract or proposed contract for the acquisition of real property by purchase, option, exchange or lease as permitted in North Carolina General Statute § 143-318.11(a)(3),(4), and(5).

A meeting of Hendersonville City Council meeting will be held in the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street, Hendersonville NC on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 4:00 p.m.
The Mayor and City Council Members will attend the meeting in person. In-person attendance by the public will also be permitted; however, in compliance Governor Cooper’s Executive Orders and social distancing guidelines, in person attendance of the public will be limited as spacing permits.
