1202 Greenville Highway Apartments Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting

Projects subject to conditional rezoning must undergo a neighborhood compatibility meeting at which the developer and affected property owners and residents can participate in a discussion about the proposed rezoning.

The City of Hendersonville Community Development Department will hold a Neighborhood Compatibility Meeting on the 1202 Greenville Highway Apartment Project at the City Operations Center located at 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC.

The City of Hendersonville is in receipt of an application for a conditional rezoning from David Gorman of Lock 7 Development LLC, applicant and Ann Ferguson, property owner.  The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject property, PIN 9578-01-3440 and located at 1202 Greenville Highway, from GHMU, Greenville Highway Mixed Use to GHMU CZD, Greenville Highway Mixed Use Conditional Zoning District for the construction of 185 apartment units on approximately 6.76 acres
