Customers with overdue water bills have until September 30, 2020, to sign up for a COVID-19 temporary payment plan to avoid disconnection.
Due to the high volume of callers and visitors to the payment window, customers may experience delays.
- If you want to avoid waiting, fill out the payment plan application online.
- If you experience delays when calling (828) 697-3052 you are given an option to leave a message and a Customer Service representative can return your call.
- Please remain socially distanced if you choose to stop by the payment window at City Hall.
