The City has received a report in which individuals fraudulently claiming to be Hendersonville Water and Sewer employees make unsolicited calls or ‘robocalls’ to customers and demand that they provide their credit card number for an outstanding bill. If you receive a phone call from someone claiming to be from the City of Hendersonville Water and Sewer Department requesting you to make a payment over the phone, hang up immediately and do not provide any personal information to the caller.
